  • Duration: 30-45 Minute Workout + Q&A Session

  • Platform: Zoom

  • Cost: $5 or $15 / month for unlimited access


What You Get:

  • Live Workout: A dynamic 30-45 minute session led by Mark Akin, tailored to all fitness levels.

  • Q&A Session: Get your fitness questions answered directly by Mark. Each week will have a specific theme TBA on this page.

  • Access to Video: Can't make it live? No problem! All participants will have access to the workout video and the Q&A for one week (or unlimited access for $15 / monthly)

  • Email Your Question Option: Submit your questions via email at info@envisionmemphis.com by Thursday and get them answered during the Q&A or on the webpage.

  • Q&A Only Option: If you prefer, join us just for the Q&A session and week access to the dialogue!


How to Join:

  1. Register: Go to the Class Schedule and navigate to the Friday Class. Click the button to register and select the $5 for a one time sign up or $15/month for unlimited access.

  2. Receive Access: After signing up, you'll receive an email Friday morning with the Zoom link for that day’s Zoom session and an updated password to access the landing page video / Q&A.

  3. Join Live or Access Later: Join us live each Friday or access the workout and Q&A video anytime until the following Friday.
