Envision Ambassador (Commission-Based)

Job Description:

As an Envision Ambassador, you'll play a key role in promoting Envision Fitness memberships and training services. This is a commission-only opportunity where you'll earn $50 for every membership sign-up and a percentage commission on the first 10 personal / group training sessions of each client you refer. It's perfect for those who love fitness, have great people skills, and want to work flexibly on their own schedule.

What You’ll Do:

  • Promote Envision memberships, classes, and personal training services through your network, social media, and in-person.

  • Help connect potential clients to the Envision community, sharing the benefits of our fitness programs.

  • Provide guidance and support to new members to help them feel welcome and motivated.

  • Participate in optional team meetings to brainstorm strategies for generating leads and improving outreach - whether through marketing materials (we provide) or event creation.

What You’ll Earn:

  • $50 for each membership sign-up.

  • Percentage of the first 10 training sessions for every client you refer.

Additional Benefits: (must generate a minimum of 2 sign-ups per month to maintain free membership / Benefits)

  • Free gym membership with access to all Envision classes

  • 20% off all Workshops, Events, Additional Class Packages between Envsision and Downtown Yoga Mempis

  • Access to marketing tools to help you promote Envision more effectively.

  • Optional team meetings for support, brainstorming sessions for generating leads, and creating potential events.
