Hey everyone! Next week we’re hosting an Open House at the gym, and it’s the perfect time to bring a friend or just stop by to see what we’re all about!

We’re kicking things off with a free 30-minute class, then hanging out after with local health partners! Plus, our team will be there to answer all your questions about training, fitness, yoga, and more.
