Outdoor Fun Run & Yoga

Grab your friends and join Sydney on a fun run through Greenbelt Park followed by a brief 20 minute slow flow yoga by the river. Whether you’re new to running and / or yoga or an experienced pro, if you’re interested in having a group of like minded people and a community to run with and be outside, then this weekly class is for you! Come one, come all as we take on the beautiful outdoors along the mighty Mississippi. Afterwards, explore any of the locally owned shops, restaurants and sunset river views downtown !

LOCATION: Greenbelt Park (see special instructions when signing up for parking info)

PRICE: $16 or use any existing Envision Memphis or Downtown Yoga class package. Included with Envision Deluxe Memberships

TIME ZONE: CST

Please register ahead of time to keeps things hands free :)

We will meet at class time at GREENBELT PARK - (click on name to see google map link :) When you turn right onto Island Drive from the A.W. Willis bridge, turn left into the first parking lot. We will meet there. So bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and excitement for fun and we'll see you there!

RAIN LOCATION: If the weather looks like rain, class may be canceled. Please check on the schedule or feel free to reach out to check :)

***All class packages: Can be used at Envision Memphis, Downtown Yoga, Outdoor Classes and as a gym pass if you are not an Envision Member. PLUS, class packages ARE shareable. The person(s) sharing a package with must have an account set up, then the purchaser simply will email joannaharris@mac.com the full name of person they would like to share packages with to activate :)
